Pajama Pants

Ok, this tutorial from instructables.com for kids’ PJ pants is extremely helpful and super entertaining.  {Even if there are no pajama bottoms in your future, just read it for a laugh}:

Here’s the pair I made for my daughter, following this tutorial:

Pajama Tutorial

The fabric is just a basic flannel that I had in my fabric stash.  I picked it up on clearance last year for $3.97/yd and it took exactly one yard to make a size 8.  With thread and elastic for the waistband, these cozy bottoms cost about $5.

I can’t wait to make another pair for my daughter, with some to match her 18″ doll.  Here’s the fabric I’m loving:
